Making a Difference in teaching
English Language Learners.

If you click on the link below, you will see an example of a lesson plan that I have modified to assist the English learners in my classroom.

As you can see, I have added in supports that will help these students to be more successful. Some ideas that have shown to help English Learners are pre-teaching vocabulary, allowing these students to preview the read-aloud either in their native language, or at least read aloud to them in English.
